Our design and project management experience combined with the highly skilled production team based in Bonn, delivers the highest quality printed graphic products.
tx Graphic Display are proud to be partnered with Thamm GmbH. Thamm have always been looking for exceptional solutions – one of the consequences of this is that they are one of the first companies in the printing industry to be 100% carbon neutral – from energy supply and material selection to the disposal of the printed material. At the customer’s request, every single print product can be produced climate neutral and labelled accordingly – thus protecting the environment and contributing to self-marketing. In times of dwindling resources and rising energy costs, they take responsibility for future generations and help minimize waste and maximize energy efficiency – both with themselves and with our customers and suppliers.
With state of the art dye sublimation printers, continuously running, with the capacity to print at 3 & 5m wide.
Once printed, the fabrics are cut to size on the CNC cutting table. Dimensions are adjusted according to the size to make sure the fabrics stretch into the frames, giving the optimum tension when in place.
Next stop – the silicon edge (the keder) is sewn onto the edge of the fabric. This presses into the aluminium profiles, gripping it firmly in place.
With our dye sublimation printing on polyester knitwear you are on the safe side in terms of material quality, robustness and ease of assembly. Hot calendering combines the colour pigments with the fabric.
The high-brilliance fabrics can be shipped folded in compact packages.
This saves costs and effort and is also environmentally friendly.
All the profiles are prepared in the metal shop, where if required the frames can be precision curved – all in house.
In addition to the dye-sub, Direct UV printing is also available for lightboxes, vinyls, foils and paper. Also the direct printing plate can print onto materials up to 70mm thick.
